Stone Wool Production Line (cupola)
The entire Stone Wool production line is composed of cupola, a loading system, a melting system, a fiber forming system, a wool collection system, a pleating and pressing system, a curing system, a cooling and cutting system, an auto stacking and packing system, a binder system, an air compressor and water cooling system, and a central control system.
Stone Wool Production Line (electric furnace)
The entire Stone Wool production line is composed of electric furnace, a loading system, a melting system, a fiber forming system, a wool collection system, a pleating and pressing system, a curing system, a cooling and cutting system, an auto stacking and packing system, a binder system, an air compressor and water cooling system, and a central control system.
Curing oven
The wool mat entering the curing oven is conveyed and pressurized by the upper and lower conveyor belts with slats, and at the same time, the hot air is blown in for drying and curing the binder in order to form a product with a certain thickness and properties.
Drum-type wool collector
The collection drum is a device used to form the primary felt from the fibers that are blown from the centrifuge (spinner). The majority of these fibers fall on the plates of the drum and after the rotation of the drum, the felt is layed on series of conveying belts to the pendulum.
Centrifuge
Industrial type centrifuge (spinner), specially designed for stone wool production; one unit is used as a back-up ; with direct cooling (not loop cooling).
